About Jody Montrie, LCMHC-S (She/Hers)

With more than 25 years of experience working with all ages of children through adulthood. I also have extensive experience supporting parents, I specialize in a broad range of areas. I use a somatic approach to explore and deepen connection with emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. My background includes serving as a school counselor and working in community mental health, providing me with insight into the diverse challenges individuals face throughout their lives. I offer a compassionate space for people to explore their nervous system in a world that can be challenging. With deep understanding and gentle guidance, I help those reach a more steady ground. I am currently welcoming new clients ready to begin their healing journey.
